NUIG Dramsoc AGM

It's that time of year, where Dramsoc will be hosting their AGM. It will take place on Zoom and the link will be sent to your student email. 

We have broken the AGM down into three days: 

Tuesday the 11th of May at 5PM

3. Elect Auditor

4. Elect Vice-Auditor

5. Elect Secretary

6. Elect Treasurer

Wednesday the 12th of May at 5PM 

1. Elect Public Relations Officer

2. Elect Public Relations Assistant

3. Elect Events and Student Development Officer

4. Elect Productions Officer

5. Elect New Members Representative

6. Elect ISDA Representative

Thursday the 13th of May at 5PM

1. Elect Theatre Week Coordinator

2. Elect Head Technician

3. Elect Head of Sets

4. Elect Head of Costumes and Make Up

5. Elect Head of Photography and Digital Archiving

6. Elect Inclusivity and Outreach Officer

7. Honorary Life Members

8. Any Other Business (AOB)

How will it work? 
Good question. Richard (Auditor) will be chairing the meeting and will explain how voting will work on the night. Have a look at our social medias over the next couple of weeks and read about each role! Bring a small speech that details why you think you would be suited to the role, and previous experience (if you have any)! There will be a time limit on speeches depending on who is running. There will also be questions for each candidate running, but don't worry, everyone wants everyone to succeed, so you should definitely run for something! All Society Members are welcome!
