Arrive on time as classes will start promptly and last just under one hour.
Classes require a minimum number, you will be informed if your first choice session is not going ahead and you may choose another one if there is availability or you will be reimbursed.

Will introduce students to yoga postures and yogic breathing as well as an introduction to meditation and relaxation .
The benefits are an improvement in physical strength and mobility , better breathing for stress relief and overall well being , improved energy, concentration and developing awareness.
Suitable for all ages and levels, come on an empty stomach, wear loose warm comfortable clothing, bring a mat, and light blanket and to avoid food or stimulating drinks for at least an hour and a half beforehand.
