We are excited to announce our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on the 22nd April at 5 pm! During this meeting, we will be electing our next committee for the upcoming academic year (2021/2022) as well as giving a brief synopsis of the year's events along with the fun events to look forward to.! The core positions that need to be filled are Auditor, Vice-Auditor, Treasurer, and Secretary. The committee must consist of at least these four positions. Other positions that will be available will be Public Relations Officer (PRO), Safety Officer (SO), Social Media Officer, Entertainment Officer Post Graduate Representative, Science Officer, Technology/Computer Science Officer, Engineering Officer, Mathematics Officer, Ordinary Committee Members. All members of the committee need to be full members of the Society so if you arenâ€™t yet, you can sign up via on YourSpace. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions, come prepared with a small description on why you'd be perfect for your desired role and we cant wait to see you all at the AGM.
