Dear Members, Please see the following Zoom Link for our AGM in May. All Committee positions will be contested. Please let us know if you have any questions or intended to contest a position. Topic: MWS AGM Time: May 26, 2022, 06:00 PM. All info will be sent out to members on May 9th. [1] Please find the Agenda of the Meeting. [2] Please find the Minutes of the Previous Committee Meeting. [The Minutes are only one page in length]. [3] Please find ERFs (Event Report Forms) for our Tea and Coffee Socials held on the 14th and 21st of March. [4] Please find the Event Report Forms of our Siletz Youth Council Pre-Meeting, NUIG Society Awards, Indigenous Cultural Exchange, Trip to Dáil, and National Society Award. Please note all these ERFs will not be read at our meeting, we will simply ask does everyone approves the ERFs, and if any are in dispute, then we will read out the ones that are, and make amends if required before voting on approving them. [5] Please find the Current Consitution, Suggested Constitution Changes, and the Proposed Constitution (with changes implemented). * [6] Our End-of-Year Reports for our Treasurer / Secretary / Auditor - Will be sent out on the 9th of May in advance of our meeting. These End-of-Year Reports will not be read at our meeting, similar to point [4]. Our core committee will say a summary of their reports, before hearing feedback from the entire committee / its members. This AGM will be relatively short, about 50 minutes in duration or less. Our chairperson will talk about voting procedures at AGM and our returning officer for the election is our secretary since our secretary will not be contesting an election.
