Vinyasa for All Levels: focusing on linking physical movement with the breath to calm the nervous system and centre the mind. This style of yoga is characterised by rhythmic movements timed to the breath.
Yoga classes every Wednesday 4pm-5pm for 3 weeks.
Running from Wed the 15th of March- Wed the 29th of March
The classes will be run in The View. We recommend being 5-10 minutes early for your class to give you time to set up
Mats will be provided but you can also bring your own mat if you want.
