Bihar school of yoga: Satyananda Will introduce students to yoga postures and yogic breathing as well as an introduction to meditation and relaxation . The benefits are an improvement in physical strength and mobility , better breathing for stress relief and overall well being , improved energy, concentration and developing awareness. Suitable for all ages and levels, come on an empty stomach, wear loose warm comfortable clothing, bring a mat, and light blanket and to avoid food or stimulating drinks for at least an hour and a half beforehand.
Yoga classes every Tuesday 5pm-6pm for 3 weeks.

The classes will be run in The View. We recommend being 5-10 minutes early for your class to give you time to set up
Mats will be provided but you can also bring your own mat if you want.
