Hatha Yoga sessions will include posture (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana). We will begin with a sun salutation, which is a Yoga sequence of Hatha Yoga postures practised in line with the inhale and exhale of the breath. Mixed level class. Student only class
