Cumann de Barra is the NUI Galway unit of Ógra Fianna Fáil, the largest political organisation for young people in the country. We debate politics and political issues and help to shape the policies of Ógra and Fianna Fáil. We have guest expert speakers from various fields address our meetings on important issues and attend political and social events of both Ógra and the senior party. Meetings are held on campus every Monday night at 8pm on the Concourse in AC201. All meetings are open to the public. During meetings we debate political issues in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and have guest expert speakers from outside the party from various fields.
