Seas Suas

Student to Student awareness and encouragement programme. Encouraging students to be aware of each other’s health and wellbeing through events and training.

‘Seas Suas’ is an initiative aimed to encourage students to be proactive in helping fellow students.

The objective of the programme is to: 
• Encourage students to be more observant of fellow students in need of help
• Develop skills to respond safely


The training examines topics such as mental health, alcohol, sexuality and suicide. What are the benefits of being involved in Seas Suas?
• Gain valuable experience and knowledge, and learn new skills
• Contributes positively to your CV and future employment prospects
• Receive the ALIVE certificate awarded by the President of NUI Galway
